Terms of Service

CommentDM watches comments on Instagram accounts you connect and, when a comment matches a keyword rule you define, sends that commenter a direct message you wrote. We are a tool you operate — you are responsible for the keywords you set and the messages you send.

• You must be 18 or older and able to enter a binding contract.
• You must comply with Meta's Platform Terms and Instagram's automation policies. Do not use CommentDM to send spam, misleading content, or unsolicited promotional messages at scale.
• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential.
• You must only connect Instagram accounts you own or are authorised to manage.

• Paid plans (Starter ₹499/month, Pro ₹1,499/month) are billed monthly in INR through Razorpay and renew automatically until cancelled.
• Prices are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise at checkout.
• Each plan includes monthly quotas (connected accounts, automations, DMs). If you exceed a quota, automations pause until the next billing cycle or until you upgrade.
• You can cancel anytime from the Billing page. Cancellation stops future charges and moves your workspace to the Free plan; we do not give pro-rata refunds for partial months.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that:

• send spam or bulk unsolicited messages through the service;
• attempt to circumvent plan quotas or billing;
• interfere with the service, or use it to break the law or Meta's policies.

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Instagram API changes, rate limits or outages may temporarily affect automations; we will work to restore them promptly.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CommentDM is provided "as is". Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim arose. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost followers, revenue or business opportunities.

You may stop using the service and delete your workspace at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account for breach of these terms, with notice where reasonable.

We may update these terms; material changes will be notified by email and take effect 14 days later. Continued use after that date means you accept the new terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Kolkata, West Bengal. Contact: support@webital.cloud.
