Pricing questions
Is there really a free plan?
Yes — Free is free forever, not a trial. You get 1 connected Instagram account, 1 active automation and 100 DMs per month. No card required. Upgrade only when you outgrow it.
How does annual billing work?
Annual billing costs 10× the monthly price — that's 2 months free. For example, Starter is ₹4,990/year instead of ₹5,988. You can switch between monthly and annual from the Billing page.
What happens if I hit my DM limit?
Sending pauses gracefully and resumes when your quota resets next month — your account is never put at risk. You'll see usage warnings in the dashboard before you hit the cap, and you can upgrade any time for a higher limit.
Do you offer refunds?
If CommentDM doesn't work for you, contact support within 7 days of a new paid subscription and we'll make it right. After that, you can cancel any time and keep the plan until the end of the billing period.
Can I change plans later?
Any time. Upgrades apply immediately with prorated billing; downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle so you never lose what you paid for.
